Listen to 'Autoportrait' now.
Demob Happy are currently on tour with Royal Blood in Europe and have a stint in North America with Band of Skulls ahead of them.
The Brighton-based trash rockers last week treated fans to brand new single 'Autoportrait' and they continue to make their fans, well, happy!
Since forming in Newcastle in 2008, the band have mastered their own brand of heavily-energetic gloom pop and have sure made a name for themselves on the live circuit.
October just gone, they got to open for none other than Jack White on the UK leg of his 'Boarding House Reach' tour, an honourable milestone, with the former White Stripes frontman having previously been vocal about guitar music being dead - and Demob Happy clearly proving him wrong.
Speaking to Lizzie's Lowdown after the release of their acclaimed second album 'Holy Doom' last year, frontman Matthew Marcantonio told us: "The cream always rises to the top and we’ve always had the thought that we’re not going to bend to trends, we will just do what we want to do and if you keep doing stuff that you love, people will get on board, that’s the general idea really. "Expect nothing and expect everything at the same time."
Well, it's certainly paid off!
